Cancellation Policy
The hotel's advance deposit is charged based on the room rate of the first night (the full amount of the reservation interval will be charged for the non-refundable plan). In addition, in accordance with the provisions of the individual passenger reservations finalization contract issued by the Ministry of Transport, the advance deposit will be refunded in proportion to the following:
- The advance deposit will not be refunded if the passenger cancel or does not arrive on the day of accommodation.
- If the passenger cancel or change two days before the accommodation date, 50% of the total advance deposit will be refunded.
- For example, if the check-in date is 2012/12/25 then passenger cancel or change after 00:00 on 2012/12/23 . 50% of the total advance deposit will be refunded.
- If the passenger cancel or change three days before the accommodation date, 100% of the advance deposit will be refunded. For example, if the check-in date is 2012/12/25 then passenger cancel or change before 23:59 on 2012/12/22. 100% of the total advance deposit will be refunded.
- The non-refundable plan plan will charge the room rate amount of the reservation period, and cannot be changed or cancelled after booking 24 hours later.
- For example, if you book the accommodation plan on 2012/12/25 at 14:25 on 2012/10/20, 100% advance deposit will be refunded if you cancel before 14:24 on 2012/10/21.
- In other words if you change the stay period before 14:24 on 2012/10/21, you can also refund 100% of the advance deposit. The room rate will be changed based on the new reservation interval at the time, also the full deposit will be charged according to this new booking ; otherwise, if cancel or change after 14:25 on 2012/10/21 the advance deposit will not refund.
